And'Art (Views)

For And'Art I made a sculpture with different objects and materials that I found in a market called "Casabarata". Most of these objects I found on the floor and streets (there were a lot of ruins).

I also worked together with my team (Rocca, Stephanie and Mia) on an outside sculpture, a work for the community, where we hung a lot of ropes with presents outside the main theatre (check my blog for more info: www.alexandragranados.com).

At home in Spain I’m an independent artist, last year I was living in Berlin and now I’m back home with my family doing art in Barcelona, but always with the possibility of moving around.

And’Art has been a great opportunity to meet artist’s from different disciplines and have the chance to work together. I loved the experience! It’s very important for my life and the way I see what art means or have to mean to me.

Aswell the possibility to be in Morocco, that is amazing! In a country where art almost doesn't exist and to have the opportunity to show and teach children what art means.

My favorite part was meeting the people in the festival and to be in the amazing city of Tanger, feeling, smelling, eating, dancing, singing, laughing, speaking, walking.... I have fallen in love!"
